This article will explain step by step what the process looks like the first time a new Learner is invited to a program.
Activate your account
If a Learner is new to Promote, they won't have a login connected to their email address. The Learner must first receive an invitation, without an invitation the learner won't be able to create an account in Promote. This is how they activate their accounts:
- Click on the link in the invitation.
- You will be automatically directed to the login page of Promote. Here you can Activate your account by following these steps:

- Set a password. There are no rules or requirements when setting your password, but it is always good to create a strong password.
- Confirm password. Write the same password as you chose before.
- Click on the button Register.
- You are now logged in. A blue bar will appear in the top center of the Promote site saying "Your account has been activated".
And now you are all done! You can log out and log in again using the password you set up for yourself. Please note that the login is sensitive to lowercase and capital letters, both in the password and also in the email address.
