In this article, you can find a guide on how to create a new program in Promote.
- Log in to Promote at your Promote setup. Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and select Admin
- Click on the blue button 'New program' on the right
- Fill in the required fields:

- Fill in Name. (This is the external name, visible for all learners, coaches and facilitators)
- Fill in Internal name. (This internal name will be visible only for admins and facilitators, use it to separate different groups/years etc)

- Choose Language - read more about Program languages here ->
- Set Timezone
- Enable or disable Reminders - read more about reminders here ->
- Choose Timeline type for your program - read more about Timeline types here ->
- Click “Create program”
