Introduction to program language
Each program in Promote can be assigned a program language. This determines the language displayed for learners and other participants in that specific program.
- If no program language is selected, the program will use the default site language.
- The list of available languages depends on your site’s setup.
- If you need to add additional languages, please contact your Promote sales representative.

How to set or change the language
Go to Admin.
Search for the program under the Programs tab.
Open the program’s Settings.
Under General information, select the desired language from the list.
Click Save changes.
Multi-language programs
Promote can automatically translate program content into one or more languages, allowing members to select their preferred language when participating in the program. This is useful when you have a mixed-language audience and want everyone to experience the same program in their own language.
