Step-by-Step Guide
In the Programs section of the Admin interface, click "Create new" in the top-right corner.
Fill in the Program Details:
General information

Program name.
This is the external name shown to learners, coaches and facilitators. -
Program internal name
Only visible to admins and facilitators. Use this to label programs by year, group, or other internal distinctions. -
Program Category

Program Timezone
Select the appropriate timezone -
Language
Set the program’s interface language.

Program Support Information (Optional)
Add contact or help details relevant to the program.

Program image

Program name.
Program type

Program Schedule type
Choose whether the program follows fixed or individual timelines.

Program Reminders
Enable or disable automatic reminders

Other Settings
- Enable the site logotype in emails
- Allow members to access the program without requiring an invitation
- Allow learners to self-enrol in the program
- Allow learners to invite their coach
Once all fields are complete, click Save.
Your new program is now created! You can start building it immediately in the Builder view.
