What is the Builder for?
The Builder is designed to simplify how you:
- Design new programs
- Reuse content from previous programs
- Adjust the program structure
- Add and organise assignments, sessions, tasks, and more
- Set up due dates, goals, and other key elements
With its intuitive layout, the Builder provides you with full control over the structure and flow of your program – all in a single, streamlined view.
Introducing the Program Overview
When you enter the Builder, you'll land in the Overview – a visual map of your program. Here, you can see and manage:
- Modules like blocks, events, and milestones
- Sessions and assignments within each module
- Key details like due dates, locks, and goals
Use the overview to quickly build or adjust your program. You can create new items, drag-and-drop to reorganize them, and reuse existing content from other programs – all with just a few clicks.
Filtering Your Overview
As your programs grow in complexity, filters help keep your workspace focused. You can choose what to display in the Overview:
Customising your view makes it easier to focus on what matters most in each phase of program design.
How to Access the Builder
To open the Builder:
- Go to the Programs section in the admin interface
- Either:
- Click on an existing program
- Or click 'Create New' to start a new one
- Inside the program, select the Builder tab
This will take you directly into the Builder view, where you can start designing or editing your program.
