When you enter the admin view you will see your Global Menu as a top navigation bar where you find all programs, users, resources and E-learnings ever added to your Promote site. You can also find the branding of your site and a link to the Promote Help Center.
Please note! Access to the Global menu tabs is based on your admin permissions, depending on what admin permission you have this global menu will vary. Learn more about admin permissions here >
- In the Programs tab, you can add new programs and find all existing programs
- In the Users tab, you can search and manage all users
- In the Resources tab, you can search and edit all Resources
- In the E-learnings tab, you can search, add and manage E-learnings
- In the Help center tab, you can find a link to the Promote Help center
- In the Branding tab, you can add and edit the branding of your site
All users, resources and E-learnings you add directly into a program - will end up in the Global menu as well.
The first tab - Programs - is marked by default when you enter Admin.
