You can Copy or edit an existing branding or create a new branding.
Step-by-Step Guide - How to apply your branding:
- Enter the Brandings tab
- Click on the 'Create' button or enter an existing branding
-
Upload your company logo:
Your company logo will always be displayed in the top navigation bar on the platform. The logo will be displayed at a max size of 160 x 65 pixels.
To ensure the logo looks crisp even when using browser zoom we recommend uploading a file with 640 x 192 pixels, this will allow up to 400% zoom with no loss of quality.
Always use a .png or .svg file with a transparent background for optimal results.
- Upload your background image:
The background image is displayed on the login screen. The image will be cropped as the window is being resized, so please be careful when selecting a suitable image.
An image size of 2400 x 1600 will look good for most screen resolutions. Keeping the file size lower than 1MB is also recommended to make sure the login screen will load smoothly for all users. - Upload your Header Image:
This image is displayed as a header for the My Programs page. Please note that the image will be rescaled to 1440 x 225 pixels so for optimal quality it’s recommended to resize the image to this size before uploading it. -

Advanced tip for Colour Spectrum
The brand colour spectrum is used when a different tint of the brand colour is used in combination with the Primary colour for example in icons or borders with shadows. If you want to you can manually adjust all the colours generated for the spectrum, this can provide a more vivid style for your interface. When adjusting the colours it’s still important to maintain the “light to dark” approach for the spectrum.

Secondary colour - Gradient settings:
Generate Gradient - Click GENERATE to generate a default gradient based on your Primary brand colour
Tip for optimizing your gradient
You can adjust the gradient to make sure it looks as nice as possible. By default, the secondary colour is generated based on the primary brand colour but using a different colour can make your interface look more appealing. The general advice is to keep one of the two colours as the exact brand colour. Our default Promote branding, for example, use a combination of the Promote purple and pink which we think makes the gradient look nicer.
