In the Users tab you can find all users on your Promote site (every user in every program regardless of what role they have).
In the Users tab you can:
- Search by name, e-mail or organisation
- Create new users on the site
- Sort users by column title by clicking on each title
Please note that this user list will always show a maximum of 200 users. Even if there are more users at your site - the search/filter result will always be a maximum of 200.
In the view of a specific user you can:
Update and add information in the information fields
Click on a name and you will be able to edit the user, for example:
- Change user information, like name, title, etc.
- Update the profile picture
- Change notification settings
- Give the user admin rights
Scroll down and you will be able to send a reset password email to the user allowing them to select a new password. The email will be sent from support@promoteint.com.
You can also see all programs the user participates in and what role the user has in each program. From here you can also click on each program name and you will come directly to the admin of that specific program.
!! Please note !!
- If you add users here you will only add them to your site, and NOT in a specific program
- One email equals one user
If you delete a user from your Promote site (red Delete button) you will delete EVERYTHING that user have ever done in Promote. Every comment, reply, picture - everything. This cannot be restored.
