The Exported Excel Report gives you a full overview of program activity. It includes data on learners, coaches, and facilitators, along with overall program progress. Each sheet in the report focuses on a different perspective, making it easy to analyse engagement and results.

Program Summary Sheet
The Program Summary sheet provides a snapshot of the program’s overall status and progress. It includes information such as:
- Average progression across learners
- Number of completed tasks
- Total messages posted
- Number of program members (learners, coaches, and facilitators)
Learners Sheet
The Learners sheet lists all learners and gives detailed information about their progress and activity, including:
- Expected progress
- Task status
- Number of messages and likes
Coaches Sheet
The Coaches sheet shows coach activity and engagement in the program. Data is similar to the learner sheet, and includes:
- Number of messages posted by the coach
- Last visit date to the program
Task status for coaches refers only to Coach Approves tasks and reflects their learners’ completions. If a coach supports multiple learners, the data is aggregated across all assigned learners.
Facilitators Sheet
The Facilitators sheet focuses on facilitator activity in the program. Data includes:
- Number of messages posted
- Likes given
- Last visit date
Because facilitators share responsibility for Facilitator Approves tasks, task status is not displayed here (unlike in the Coaches sheet).
