In the exported excel report, you can view and analyze data about learners, coaches, facilitators and the progress of a program as whole. In this article you can find an overview of what each sheet in the excel report contains.
Content in this article
Program Summary Sheet
The Program Summary sheet contains the overall progress of the program as a whole and displays a snapshot of the current status of a program. In this sheet you will, for example, find this type of data:
- Average progression
- Number of completed tasks
- Number of messages
- Number of program members
Learners Sheet
The Learners sheet has a list of all learners and contains a lot of useful information about individual learners, their progress and activity in a program, for example:
- Expected progress
- Task status
- Number of messages and likes
Coaches Sheet
The coaches sheet contains information about the Coach activity in a program. The data for coaches is similar to the data for learners. In the Coach sheet you can get an indication of how active the coaches are, for example:
- the number of messages they post
- when they last visited the program
The task status for coaches all refers to Coach Approves tasks and reflects the assigned learner's activity. If a coach has multiple learners assigned the data is all summarized.
Facilitators Sheet
The Excel report contains information about the Facilitator activity in a program. In the facilitator sheet you can get an indication of how active the Facilitators are, for example:
- the number of messages they post
- likes given
- when they last visited the program
Since all Facilitators in a program share responsibility for the Facilitator Approves tasks, the status of these tasks is not included as it is for Coaches and Coach Approves tasks.
