A Program Summary Report gives you a clear overview of how a program is performing. It’s a useful tool to:
- Track overall program progress over time
- Measure participant engagement at a glance
- Check individual learner progress and activity
- Compare engagement between different points in time (e.g., weekly reports)
Status of the program
Shows whether the program is In progress or Ended.
A program is marked as ended once the end date has been reached.
Number of learners, coaches, and facilitators
Displays the total number of members by role.
👉 Keep in mind: a single member may have multiple roles, so the total number of individuals may be fewer than the sum of these numbers.
Program summary report graph
This graph visualises the program timeline and shows how progress is developing over time. To generate the graph, both the start date and end date must be set in the program settings.
Actual progress
The green line shows the percentage of tasks that have been completed up until the report date. Tasks that are started but not finished are only counted once they are marked as completed.
Expected progress
The grey dashed line represents how the program is expected to progress, based on task due dates.
- Tasks without due dates are assumed to be due by the program’s end date.
- The line always starts at 0% and ends at 100% at the program end date.
If the learners complete their tasks on time, the "Actual progress" line will then be on par with the "Expected progress" line. This lets you quickly see if the program is “on track” or falling behind.

Click the Actual or Expected labels to hide or show each line if you only want to focus on one.
Task status
Shows the total number of tasks across all learners, categorised by their current status (e.g., not started, in progress, completed).
Average progress
Displays the average completion percentage across all learners in the program.
Posted messages
Messages are split into two categories:
- Task messages – mandatory comments that are part of completing tasks.
- Social messages – voluntary comments and discussions not required for completion.
- AI Assistant - number of AI Assistant messages posted and generated.
Social messages can be a good indicator of engagement and peer interaction.
Top learners
Highlights the three learners who have completed the most tasks at the time of the report. A grey dot in their progress bar shows the expected progress, so you can easily compare their actual progress to the program timeline.
