The Learners Report provides a detailed overview of each learner’s activity and progress in a program. Use it to track engagement, check punctuality, and identify where additional support may be needed.
Overview of the Learners Report
The Learners Report shows a list of all learners in the program along with their progress (completed tasks) at the time the report was generated.
By selecting a learner from the list, you can view detailed statistics for that individual, including progress, messages, task details, and punctuality.
Progress
-
Learner progress – the percentage of tasks the learner has completed.
-
Expected progress – indicates how far the learner should have progressed at the time of the report, based on due dates and program settings.
Posted messages
Messages are separated into two categories:
-
In Task – mandatory messages needed to complete a task. Includes completion comments in tasks such as Coach or Facilitator Approvals.
-
Social – comments that are not required to complete a task, such as replies to peers.
Likes
Shows the number of likes the learner has given and received in the program, helping to indicate social engagement.
Task status
Displays the total number of tasks assigned to the learner, broken down by current status (e.g., not started, in progress, completed).
Punctuality
-
Overdue tasks – the number of tasks that are currently overdue for the learner. This number decreases as overdue tasks are completed.
-
Reminders received – the total number of reminders sent to the learner since the start of the program. This shows how many tasks have been overdue at some point, even if they were completed later.
