All learner activity is tracked in your LMS.

The e-learning is accessible in Promote tasks like any other E-learning stored directly in Promote.
Using Deep Linking
Promote supports deep linking, allowing you to create resources in Promote that point directly to e-learning stored in your LMS.
-
Simply create a new resource in Promote (→ Learn how to create a new resource)
-
Choose Link as the type.
-
Paste the e-learning URL from your LMS.
Note: Learners may be required to log in to your LMS separately to access the content.
Using Deep Linking with SSO
If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML for both Promote and your LMS, you can combine it with deep linking.
This avoids the extra login step and provides a seamless experience for learners accessing e-learning through Promote.
Unsupported Options
Currently, Promote does not support xAPI and does not offer direct integrations to export user data to an LMS or LRS (Learning Record Store).
