Consequence: The Collection with all associated data (the responses) will also be deleted.

Modifying Questions in Active and Previously Used Questionnaires:
If multiple programs utilize the same Questionnaire, all of them will be affected by your modifications. If you make alterations to a Questionnaire that has been part of a program and has accumulated answers, existing Collections will reflect these changes. For example, adding a new question means existing Collections won't have any responses for this new query. - Removing a Task with a Connected Questionnaire:
Consequence: The Collection and all collected answers tied to this task will be deleted.
