When you're creating a quiz in Promote, it's important to understand the difference between Main Questions and Question Parts. Here's a simple guide to help you out:
What's the 'Main Question'?
Main Questions act like headings. They group together related Question Parts that talk about the same topic.
What's the 'Question Part'?
Quizzes include the Question Part "Single Choice". The single-choice option in quizzes allows respondents to select only one correct answer from several options. You can include as many options as you'd like, but only one can be set as the correct answer
Organize Your Quiz using 'Main Questions'
Sometimes, you might want to introduce a new topic or section in your quiz without asking a direct question. In that case, you can use a Main Question by itself, just to give some information or description.
Passing score based on Question Parts
Once you have created a quiz and connected it to a task in your program, you will decide what score the learners need to pass the quiz. This score is based on how many Question Parts you have, not the Main Questions. You can learn more about connecting a quiz to a task here ->
