It's possible to analyze and compare multiple Collections within a single report. However, to do so, all the Collections must utilize the same Questionnaire. This capability can be advantageous for:
-
Evaluating Different Programs: See how different training programs perform by comparing their responses.
-
Assessing Training Effect: Use a self-assessment before and after a program to measure its impact.
Step-by-Step Guide to Compare Collections:
- Choose the first Collection you want to compare by clicking on it from the list in the 'Collections' tab.
Or just click on the 'View result' button from the task in the Builder tab of the program.
- When you have entered the Collection, click on the 'Exports/Reports' button.
- In the report section, pick another Collection from the drop-down menu (this menu lists all Collections that share the same Questionnaire and hence can be compared).
- When you have picked the Collections you want to compare. Click on "Generate" to create a comparison report.
Note: If you need to compare Collections with different Questionnaires, export them to Excel for a manual side-by-side analysis.
Understanding the Reports

Each Collection appears as a distinct set of data. Names of the Collections are displayed for each graph or question.
The different graphs:
The question part type will determine what kind of graph will be used to visualize the data.
- Single Choice: bar graph.
One colour per collection - Multiple Choice: bar graph.
One colour per collection. - Free text: A list of all responses. Responses are organized by the title of the collections.
- Scale: Average value plus a graph showing the distribution of the answers. Each collection has its own average value and distribution graph, for easy comparison.
