How branded emails work
All emails sent from Promote – including invitations and notifications – are branded. The branding reflects your site’s configuration. If no custom branding is set, the default Promote branding is applied.
Emails include the following branded elements:
- Branded email headers – Each email displays your site’s primary brand colour and logo in the header. Learn more about branding >
- Program details in Invitations – Invitations include the program’s start and end dates, along with its program image. Learn how to add a program image >
- Informative Email Footers: – Each email ends with a footer containing your support contact information. If program-specific support details are added, those are displayed; otherwise, the site’s default support information appears.
