No - you cannot move a learner with all their progress, comments, likes, pictures etc that they have been doing in a program to another program. That is not technically possible.
Meaning, that when you add a learner to a new cohort/program - even if the program is identical to the program they have already started - they will have to start from the beginning in the new program.
