Can I see who is coaching who?

Yes, you can see who is coaching who in different ways depending on your admin permission or role in the program.

• As facilitator via the members tab in the program
• As admin via the members tab in program admin view

As facilitator

1. Enter the Members tab in the program and scroll down to the section 'Learners'
2. Group the information 'Coach'
3. See who is coaching the learner/s next to 'Coached by'

As admin

As admin with permission to handle members tab in a program, you can see who is coaching who via the Members tab. And you can see it from 2 perspectives - from the coach's perspective or from the learner's.

1. Coach's perspective - Which learners are assigned to a specific coach?
2. Learner's perspective - Which coach is assigned to a specific learner

Coach's perspective - To see which learners are assigned to a specific coach

1. Enter the program admin view and go to the Members tab
2. Find the coach in the members list and click on his/her name
3. At the bottom of the page, you will find a list of all members connected to this specific coach
   

Learner's perspective - Which coach is assigned to a specific learner

The quickest way to find this information is to use sorting in the members list. Sort the coach column and you will get at quick overview of which coach is assigned to which learner. 

You can also see this via each learner (one by one)

1. Enter the program admin view and go to the Members tab
2. Find the learner in the members list and click on his/her name
3. At "Roles" you find which coach is assigned to this learner. And this is also where you change coach for a learner.
