Yes, you can change e-mail address on a user. But there are some things you need to consider when doing this:
- To be able to change address on an existing account the new e-mail address cannot exist already in you Promote setup.
- The user him/herself cannot change their address - it needs to be done by an administrator with permission "Manage user"
- Once you have changed an email ensure you communicate this to the user so he/she log on with correct e-mail address further on
- If you have permission "Manage users" you can change an e-mail address on a account two different ways:
- Via Users tab in your global menu
- Or via members tab in you program
- Via Users tab in your global menu

The permission "Program admin" allows the program administrator to manage/change email addresses for members in his/her specific program
One email equals one user and can affect the invoicing arrangement.
