You can add extra material into your assignment or session as resources that can be used to assist the completion of the assignment. The different types of resources will be displayed in Promote with the following icons:

- Any Microsoft Office Document or LiberOffice Document |

- Links to videos or any uploaded video file |

- Any uploaded image file |

- Any link that is not a video |

- Scorm-files |
 |
- Any file that is none of the above |
Recommended size for resources is maximum 100 MB, however the server is capable to send out resources up to 150 MB. If you have a file bigger than that we recommend that you try to make it less heavy by resizing images in it, or divide it into more resources (if it's a video please see or recommendation here).
The reason that we recommend that you keep the resources within a limited and small size is because the program members will have to download it, and if it's too big it can be frustrating if he/she doesn’t have good bandwidth or there is lack of space on the local hard drive.
