When assigning a resource, you can choose which role(s) it will be available for - for example, learners, coaches, or facilitators. This makes it easy to tailor resources to the needs of different groups within your program.

All existing resources on your Promote site are managed under the Resources tab, in the global menu. From here, you can update or replace resources.
For example:
- Update a file by uploading a new version.
- The updated file will automatically replace the old version in every program where it is used.
