How to delete a program

When you have deleted a program, it will be queued for deletion for 24 hours before the program is permanently deleted. Please note! After 24 hours everything in it (content, learner progress, messages etc.) will be deleted and it cannot be restored. So before you delete a program - think twice. Delete a program

You can remove a program either from your main list or directly within its settings.

Option 1: From the Programs Overview

1. Go to the Programs tab and find the program you want to remove.

2. Click the Menu icon (three dots) next to the program name.

3. Select Delete.

4. Click Confirm to finalize the deletion.

Option 2: From Program Settings

1. Open the specific program and go to Program Settings.

2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Program.

   

3. Click Confirm to finalize the deletion.

Undo program deletion (within 24 hours)

Within 24 hours from the moment you have deleted a program, you can undo the deletion and restore the program.

1. Enter the Deleted tab in the Programs view and search for the program
2. Click the menu and choose Undo deletion
