Every answer to a task and comment is possible to edit by users themselves by using the pen icon. 
When a comment is edited it will also have a time/date stamp that shows when it was edited.
You can also edit comments in tasks with coach approval or facilitator approve as completion type.
Comments can be erased by users themselves by using the trash can icon right next to their comment
