You should have Support Information because it enables you to quickly solve support issues and answer training-related questions – it's a very easy way to keep your program members happy and retain their engagement.
No one wants to spend time trying to find contact information when they need support. Whether the problem is a 'user' error, technical issue or a question about your training programs, it doesn’t matter to your program members, they just want to get in contact with someone that can help them get on with their training.
For example:
If your program members have trouble logging in, and there is no visible contact information on your login page, there is a risk that they will leave your site before even starting the training program.
To prevent this, Promote allows you to add your Support Information to your site, making your contact details easily accessible to your program members.
Add Site Support and Program Support Information
The Site Support and Program Support are both displayed on your Promote site, but as the names imply, the Site Support is displayed on the overall, site level – and, the Program Support is only displayed when you have customized this information for a specific program.
Site Support Information
The Site Support information is displayed on:
- the login page,
- the support page,
- and it is also the 'Reply-To' address if users respond to the automatic emails sent by Promote.
How to add or change the Site Support Information: Contact support@promoteint.com if you would like to add or change the support information for your site.

Program Support Information
If you add specific Program Support information to a program – this will override the site support information for that program. On the login page, however – it will always be the site support information.
This means that the contact details you add as Program Support information for a specific program will override and replace the site support information here:
- on the support page for that program
- the 'Reply-To' address if users respond to the automatic emails sent by Promote related to that program
To add Program Support information is useful if facilitators would like to manage all contact with their program members, or if you have different admins that manage the support for different programs.
How to add or change the Program Support Information: You can add or change the support information for the program in the Program Settings.
