If this happens, the most common issue is an incorrect email address
- Make sure the user’s email is correct. Check spelling, punctuation, underscores etc.
Check the user’s email in admin/users/users profile - Ask the user to check their spam filter.
- If the user still doesn’t find it, try sending a new one from your admin view.
