Don´t forget that each new user will have a learning curve in this method of training and in Promote as a system. Therefore, we need to help our users get started. Here is some examples of things to do:
- Start the learning journey with a "easy" task/assignment. Eg. Self presentation
- Use completion type Peer Review in the beginning so the program gets a "kick start".
- Gather start information in the first assignment - use videos to make it more living
- Be sure both learners and coaches knows what this learning journey is about and knows what to expect before you send out invitations
