Introduction to Importing Content
You don't have to reinvent the wheel. If you've already created content for one program, there's no need to manually recreate it for another. Instead, simply import the parts you want to reuse into your new program.
If you're looking to craft a new version of a program while retaining much of its original content, you can seamlessly import several modules in one go. Additionally, you have the flexibility to mix and match modules, assignments, and sessions from various programs as you see fit. However, if you're looking to set up and run the same program, you can easily copy the entire program. Learn how to copy a program here>
When importing a Module (Block, Event, Milestone), you will also get all the assignments/sessions and any related tasks and resources. When importing an Assignment or a Session, you will also get any related tasks and resources.
This will not be imported:
- Dates and/or locks related to dates
- Goals
Import Preview
You can preview the program content before making an import.
Whether you want an overview of the entire program or need to inspect specific modules or assignments, you simply click on the eye icon located next to the desired program, module, or assignment, and you'll be presented with a clear preview in a new tab. This ensures you're importing exactly what you need, with no surprises.
