What is a Milestone?
A Milestone is a visual marker used to highlight key moments in your program, like the completion of a major section or the transition between phases.
For example:
“First part of the learning journey complete”
Once all assignments before a Milestone are completed, it turns green for the participant, signalling that they’ve reached a significant point in the program.
Where Milestones Fit in the Program Structure
Promote’s programs have three levels:
-
Level 1 – Modules: Block, Event, or Milestone
-
Level 2 – Assignments and Sessions
-
Level 3 – Tasks
Milestones don’t contain content; they’re purely visual and motivational tools to show progress and structure.
How to create a Milestone
-
Open your program and go to the Builder tab.
-
Click the + Create button in the top-left corner.
-
Select Milestone.
-
Enter a Title.
-
Click Save.
✏️ If the Milestone isn’t in the position you want, simply drag and drop it to the right spot in your program structure.
