With the "Save Invitations" feature, you can customize and save an invitation text for each program. This custom text will automatically be included when copying the program, making it easier to reuse for new instances.
How to Create Invitation Templates
1) Go to the 'Invitations' Tab in the program
- Open the program where you want to create an invitation template.
- Navigate to the 'Invitations' tab.
2) Create a New Invitation Template
- Click on 'Manage templates'.
Click on + New Template.
- Enter a template name to easily identify it later. (The template name will not be shown in the sent out invitations.)
- Write the invitation message, including any relevant details for participants.
3) Insert Dynamic Fields
- Use placeholders such as
{first_name}and{url}to personalize the message. - Ensure that key information like the program link is included.
4) Save and Manage Templates
- Click Save to store your invitation for future use.
- Your saved templates will now appear in the template list when scheduling invitations.
- Templates are automatically included when copying a program, making reuse simple.
By creating templates, you can ensure consistent communication while reducing the time spent manually drafting invitations.
