An announcement is like a news article, where you announce program news or other
important information. Only facilitators can create these and when you publish them a notification will be sent to each program member’s e-mail.

When can I use an announcement?
You can use announcements whenever you like, here are some examples:
- Say hello and welcome learners and coaches
- Send important information, for example about changing venue
- Remind about tasks
- Send explicit information to the coaches, learners or facilitators
- Highlight a person and/or achievement
- Publish pictures from the training sessions

How to create an announcement
- Log in to your program and ensure you enter your program as a facilitator
- Go to the Announcement tab
- Set a title and fill out the content with text/pictures etc using the Editor. Read more about the editor here- >
- Choose who should see this announcement
- Press Publish to publish the announcement. A published announcement will generate notifications and become available to the program members. You can also save a draft of your announcement and publish it at a later time.
If you like you can create several announcements without publishing them and save them as drafts
