On the start page, the facilitator has a useful dashboard that provides an overview of each learner’s progress. Each learner’s profile can be expanded to show more specific detail about which assignments have been completed. A facilitator can also view the status of learners in specific tasks.

Learner Status Overview
On the start page a facilitator will see a Learner Overview, in this overview the facilitators can:
- Filter the list of learners by completion status
- Search, sort and group
- View the progress bar with expected progress (see information below), goals progress and the date for the last visits
Individual Learner Status
Each learner’s profile can be expanded to show more specific details about an individual learner and their progress. In this view a facilitator can:
- View the number of feed posts, and when the learner has last visited the program
- View program progress or Goals progress, learn more about Goals >
- View the progress bar with expected progress (see information below) and their assigned coach
- Filter the list of tasks by completion status, the dates in the list are each task's due date
How to read the status
Status by colour
To make it easy for a Facilitator to track the status of the tasks for a learner, all tasks are ordered by status:
- Tasks that are in progress (yellow)
- Tasks that have not been started (grey)
- Tasks that are completed (green)
- For tasks that are overdue (red), click on the arrow to the right of the learner's progress to see details about overdue tasks
Each category is then ordered the same way as the program structure and can be filtered by status.
In a program with individual start dates, facilitators can also see the start and end dates for each individual learner.
Expected progress
Facilitators can track what progress is expected for each learner at the current date. Any tasks that are due - on, or before, that day - are expected to be finished before the end of the day.
Expected progress is based on the number of tasks that should be completed up until the current date. This means that a learner may be on par with the expected progress (number of completed tasks) but still have tasks that are overdue - in the case where they have completed enough tasks, but not the specific tasks with due dates that have passed.
TIP! To make the most out of Expected progress, we recommend you set due dates for all tasks. Tasks without a set due date are expected to be completed by the end of the program.

Expected progress in a program with individual start dates
Learners can of course have due dates in this type of program too, and facilitators will be able to see if they are on track by looking at the expected progress for each Learner. The expected progress is based on each Learner's individual start date so even when you have Learners who start at different times it is easy to keep track of if someone is falling behind.
Status per task
The facilitator can enter any task to see the completion status of that particular task. In a program with individual start dates, facilitators will also see the task due date for each individual learner.
In the Learners tab, a facilitator can filter by status and search for a specific learner.
