Here we have gathered some useful information and good practice on how to get coaches involved in your Promote programs.
A list of coach tips
- Clarify what you expect from the coaches and what their role will be in the learners' learning journey. It could be an information meeting, a webinar, an email (see attachment) or even a phone call to each of them.
- When you build your program - use "coach instructions" to support the coaches during the learning journey. Read more about coach instructions here >
- When you build your program - also use special resources to the coaches. You can upload a document, e-learning, pdf etcetera to assist your coaches (see attachments below)
- During the program - use announcements to send specific program information to the coaches
- Invite the coaches at the same time as you invite your learners
