Tips from us: Revise your programs!
It is a good idea to revise your program in Promote on regular basis. Look through the program in addition to review the structure, resources, links etcetera. But most important of all – take a look at the assignments in you program and ask yourself:
- Are the assignments relevant and have you created clear and compelling links between learning, performance and business goals? And also – are they easy to use, both for the facilitator and the learner.
- Have you used the chance to involve the learners’ managers by using coach approval as completion type for any assignment?
- Are learning activities and resources relevant to the job conditions?
- How do you stretch the program in time and place? Can you add assignments that the learners can work with, on the job, after your face-2-face workshops have ended?
