On Monday May 4th the platform will be undergoing maintenance in order to release a new version of Promote.
Highlights in this release:
- New! Individual start dates
- Improvements in admin
- Improvements in facilitator and coach widget
New! Individual start dates
We're happy to announce that from now on you can create programs that support individual start dates! This will allow you to design asynchronous training, where learners can start at different times, which is perfect for self-paced training or on-boarding. Improvements in facilitator and coach widget
To ensure that facilitators and coaches can keep track of how all learners are doing in a program with individual start dates we have made improvements to the "Learner Status Overview":
- You can see the individual learner's start date and end date.
- Expected progress was added a while ago, and if it's nice to have in a program with a start date, it truly shines in a program with individual start dates where the Facilitator and Coach can see how each Learner is doing even when their expected progress will vary.
- We have also added due dates for each task which, again, will be useful in both types of programs, but a must in programs with individual dates.

Downtime
At some point during the day of the release your server will be restarted which means Promote will be offline for a few minutes. If you are using Promote at this time – wait a little while, reload the page and then you can continue to work in Promote as before.
