What’s in this article
Introduction to tracking learner progress
As an admin, you can access a detailed overview of each learner’s tasks in a program. This includes:
Task due dates
Current status (e.g., not started, in progress, completed)
Completion dates
This feature makes it easier to monitor progress, identify learners who may need support, and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
In addition, you have the option to complete tasks on behalf of learners when necessary. When you complete a task for a learner, they will be notified by email, and the task will display a note that it was completed by an admin.

Go to the Members tab.
Click on the learner you want to review.
