Timeline and dates
In the Timeline tab, you can set due dates and dates for the events in your program, this will help learners get a quick overview of when the activities of your program should be completed.
Due dates are, for example, visible in the tasks:
Event dates are visible in the learning journey overview:

Call to action
The Call to Action feature guides the learner by helping them progress in their programs and make sure they do not miss anything important. The Call to Action is located on the learner's homepage and will, for example, welcome a new learner to the program,
inform them if a new announcement was posted,
remind them to finish any overdue tasks,
guide them to complete tasks under review or if the learner is progressing well already, simply cheer them on to keep up the good work or congratulate them when they completed their program.
Learning Progress
In the Learning progress indicator on the learner's homepage, learners can see their progress in relation to other learners on the program, they can also see their expected progress - which displays if they have finished the number of tasks expected by today's date.
Any tasks that are due - on, or before, that day - are expected to be finished before the end of the day.
Expected progress is based on the number of tasks that should be completed up until the current date. This means that a learner may be on par with the expected progress (number of completed tasks) but still have tasks that are overdue - in the case where they have completed enough tasks, but not the specific tasks with due dates that have passed.
TIP! To make the most out of Expected progress we recommend that you set due dates for all tasks. Tasks without a set due date are expected to be completed by the end of the program.
Learners can of course have due dates in a program with individual start dates too. The expected progress is based on each Learner's individual start date so they will see what is expected of them up to a certain point in the program.
Expected progress is also available for coaches and facilitators:

Automatic Reminders
If reminders are enabled in a program, automatic email reminders will be sent to the learners for any unfinished tasks in a program. There are two options, to send the reminders the day before or after the due dates of the tasks. If you want to make sure no task is left unfinished you can use both options in your program. Colours in the Learning Journey
When a task is complete, it will be marked as green and will be reflected in the learner's
program progress. The colours in the Learning Journey also change as a learner progress through
the program.
The colours will give them an indication of where they are in terms of completion:
- Gray for unstarted.
- Yellow for in progress.
- And green for completed.
