At Customer Success I communicate the latest news to our clients, make video tutorials and train admins in the Promote environment. A challenging and fun part of my job is to review and quality check Promote programs, it always makes me learn new things about both the technical aspects of Promote and the design of programs.

My role at Promote Services is to assist all our customers when using Promote with any questions they might have. Besides handling support matters, I also manage course starts and registrations. The best part of my job is that I get to interact with our customers every day and help them when needed. When I'm not at work, you can find me on the sofa at home cuddling with my two guinea pigs watching the latest series.
