In this article, you can find a couple of examples of how to use info pages in your program. Feel free to copy and use the info page Introduction to the program in your own programs.
If you don’t add a task to an assignment or a session it will automatically be displayed as an “information only page” in the learning journey. This will make it easier for the learner to get a picture of what the program contains and what’s expected of him/her.
Here are a couple of examples of how you can use the info pages:
- Welcome the learners and coaches and give them an introduction to the training, the program and Promote, see example below.
- Additional resources – use the info pages to add a small library with further reading. Food for thought - add an inspiring video or article on a topic related to the learning.
- The Session under an Event - add all the practical information that will be useful for the learners when they attend the session.

You are invited to the Promote® learning transfer platform because you are the manager of one or more of the program learner/s. We will now designate you as a "coach" for this/these learner/s.
Some of the tasks your employee does here in the program require your approval to be completed. Our expectations of you are that you review and approve or request supplementary information so that your learner can progress through the program. You will receive a notification when there is a task to approve.
Promote creates added value for you as a coach because you can easily monitor your participant's progress in the program. Discover what the participants will learn, and how they are expected to use their newly acquired knowledge and skills at the workplaces.

The Coach instructions are only visible to you as a coach, throughout the program you will be able to see your participant(s) assignments.
