Reminders are enabled by default, they can be disabled in the “Settings” for a program, see below. Any task with a due date will generate a reminder if not completed in time.

How reminders work
As an admin, you can enable automatic email reminders to be sent for any unfinished tasks in a program. There are two options, to send the reminders the day before or after the due dates of the tasks. If you want to ensure no task is left unfinished you can use both options in your program.
-
Option A) The reminder will be sent to the program members by email, as a push notification and in the program itself at noon the day before the due date.
-
Option B) The reminder will be sent to the program members by email, as a push notification and in the program itself at noon the day after the due date.
Only one reminder will be sent per task – even if the program members never complete the task they will only be reminded once per selected reminder option.
Reminders for Coaches and Facilitators
The Coaches and Facilitators receive reminders when there are any upcoming or overdue 'Coach-' or 'Facilitator Approve' tasks that they need to review, meaning when a Learner awaits their response. If the task is not started or still needs a response from the Learner, only the Learner will get a reminder.
Disable reminders
1. Go to "Admin"
2. Search for the program
3. Enter the 'Settings' of your program, under the tab 'General' you can disable the notifications
