When you create a task you need to choose what completion type that task should have. In this article, you can find an overview of all the completion types you can choose from and how they work.

Completion Types
Press button
Press button is just what it sounds like - the learner press a button and that's it, no sharing of any learning or tips.
Coach approve
This is when the learner is required to send the answer to the coach he's been assigned in the program. When sent, the coach has to approve the learner’s answer. The learner and coach can also have a conversation here about the task and every answer and comment are only visible for the learner and the coach.
Facilitator approve
This completion type are similar to the coach approve, but instead the facilitator will review and approve the task. If there are multiple facilitators in the program all of them can participate in the review. See example here ->.
Comment
The learner writes his answer for the assignment and it's shared with everyone in the program. This means that social learning and a library of learnings is built in Promote as learners share with each other. Other learner’s coaches cannot see this – only your own coach.
E-learning
E-learning refers to the use of technology to facilitate learning anytime and anywhere. You can upload your scorm in Promote and connect it to a task. Once the learners finished and passed the e-learning the task will be marked as complete. Read more about technical details about e-learnings in Promote here ->
Survey
When choosing completion type Survey you will be able to choose the questionnaire that you have built in Fetch. A Survey does not have a correct or incorrect choice. A Survey only collects data, The most common example of a Survey is an evaluation. Please see separate chapter about how to use Fetch here ->
Quiz
When choosing activity type Quiz you can choose the quiz that you have built in Fetch. Unlike the Survey, a Quiz does also have scoring, which means there are correct and incorrect answers. In a Quiz, you will get feedback on how well you did. For example, if you passed, or not. Please see the separate chapter about Fetch.
Peer review
This option requires and is direct related to a task with completion type comment. With peer review you let the learners review and provide feedback on each other’s answers and broaden the social learning. Who review who will be automatically set by Promote. See example here ->.
Team task
Within the team task the team members can have a private discussion allowing them to share files and chat. Any posts within the private discussion will generate notifications to the members of the team. The conclusion for the task can be posted by any team member and will result in all members’ completion of the task. The team’s conclusion will be visible in the feed on the start page. The teams can be based on the program groups but can also be adjusted. Please read more about Team Tasks here ->
