Introduction
As an admin, you can add customized support information to a program that will override the site support information for that program only. This is useful if facilitators would like to handle all contact with their program members, or if you have different admins that handle the support for different programs.
You enter the program-specific support information in the program settings. This information will be displayed for the program members at the support page in the menu of that program only.
Support email
You can add a specific support email address in each program.
Support telephone
You can add a specific support telephone number in each program.
The Program Support information will be displayed when the members of that program open the support page (at the login page, however - it will always be the site support information).
How to set support information in a program
- Go to "Admin"
- Search for your program in the Programs tab and enter it
- In the program's 'Settings' under the tab 'General' you can add the information
Please note - If you don't set any specific Program Support information, your Site Support information will be visible in your programs. Read more about Site support Info here ->
