Introduction to Scheduling Invitations
The scheduling feature lets you plan and send program invitations at specific times. This is particularly useful for preparing programs in advance or sending reminders to participants who haven’t accessed the program yet.
With this feature, you can:
- Send initial invitations when the program starts.
- Schedule reminders for participants who haven’t joined.
- Customize invitations for specific roles or individuals within the program.
By scheduling invitations, you can streamline your program management and ensure timely communication with participants.
How to Schedule an Invitation

Go to the 'Manage Invitations' Tab
- Open the program for which you want to schedule an invitation.
- Navigate to the 'Manage Invitations' tab and click the Schedule invitation button.

Select an Invitation Template
- Choose the default invitation or select a custom invitation template from the drop-down.
- Choose the default invitation or select a custom invitation template from the drop-down.

Schedule the Date and Time
- Choose when you want the invitation to be sent.

Choose Recipients
- Specify the role of the participants who will receive the invitation (e.g., learners, facilitators).
- Optionally, manually select individual users for the invitation.
Note: Manually selecting users will override the visited status and send the invitation to all selected program members, even if they have already visited the program.

Review and Confirm
- Double-check the selected template, recipients, and scheduling details.
- Click Save to finalize.
With these steps, your invitations will be automatically sent at the scheduled time, saving you the effort of manual follow-ups while ensuring effective communication with program members.
