Introduction to the Role-playing Bot
A Role-playing bot acts as an interactive character, allowing participants to engage in tailored, simulated scenarios within your Promote program. Programmed to perform specific roles, these bots react in real time to participants' actions and provide immediate feedback. This makes them particularly effective for training in skills such as customer service, negotiation, and management.
How the Role-playing Bot Works
Role-playing bots on Remora, which uses AI technology to create interactions with users within predefined scenarios, playing various roles to mirror real-life interactions. Role-playing bots can easily be added to your Promote programs and are accessible through a dedicated AI tab, ensuring easy interaction for participants. They operate and respond within scenarios and the personality you have defined. The immediate feedback provided by the bots is also based on performance metrics set by you, helping to enhance participants' skills in a controlled, supportive environment tailored to your training programs.
