It depends on how many preparation assignments you have before your first training session. If you have 4-6 assignments, your learners will need to have 1.5-2 weeks to complete them. If some of the assignments involve a coach, keep in mind that the learner and coach need to get in contact and maybe set up a meeting etc. Additional time, therefore, might be required.
