In this article, you can learn how to assign a facilitator to review specific 'Facilitator Approves' tasks in your program.
Introduction
This feature is tailored for programs that engage multiple subject matter experts as facilitators, each bringing their distinct expertise. You can customize which facilitators are notified about specific tasks, enabling them to focus on areas where their expertise is most needed. This de-clutters their workspace, allowing them to concentrate on the tasks where their feedback is most needed.
How Assigned Tasks Work for a Facilitator
By default, facilitators are assigned to all 'Facilitator Approves' tasks in a program. However, you can adjust this setting for each task. Here’s what happens when you modify which tasks a facilitator is assigned:
- If a facilitator is removed from a task's reviewer list, they will no longer receive notifications about this task. Additionally, the task will be hidden from their “Tasks to Review” section on the start page, simplifying their dashboard.
- Facilitators maintain full access to all tasks, even those they are not assigned to. They can view and approve any task as needed, ensuring they can still contribute their expertise where necessary.

- Click on the 'Manage Reviewers' tab within the task.
